Sarava Umbanda
Collage project: MA Graphic Design and Typography

OVERVIEW

This project entails developing a collage showcasing various Orixas from the Afro-Brazilian religion Umbanda. In Brazil, Umbanda and its adherents have endured religious intolerance. The aim of this initiative is twofold: firstly, to introduce Umbanda to those who are unfamiliar with its tenets, and secondly, to contribute to the dissemination of Umbanda's message of peace and love. The collage will serve as an educational tool, promoting understanding and acceptance of Umbanda's beliefs and traditions.
